- Application for a license to generate Electricity – Adams Solar PV Project (RF) (Pty) Ltd
In terms of Section 11 of the Electricity Regulation Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006); Adams Solar PV Project (RF) (Pty) Ltd hereby notifies all residents in the Kathu and Hotazel area that a licence application has been lodged with the National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) to operate a 10MW generation plant from Solar PV. Subject to the approval by NERSA, this facility will be established on Farm Adams 328, Portion 0, Kuruman, Northern Cape. The Application can be found here.
